Rock-a-Thon

Dear Falcon Band Parents,
 
Thank you for your generous support of our hard-working Falcon band members. To date, we have raised $9037.44! Woo hoo!!!

It's hard to believe, but Rock-a-Thon is tomorrow, Friday the 9th from 6pm to midnight.  Here are some last-minute reminders:

1. Everyone needs to bring a rolling chair.
2. Only $65 in donations is needed for entrance to Rock-a-thon. Checks/cash may be brought to check-in Friday night. If you have a pledge form, please bring that already filled out.
3. Parking will be in the back by the band hall, and students will use the entrance doors at the commons. Students should be dropped off by those doors. Please plan on being there a little before midnight for pickup.
4. We are selling drinks for $1 each. Please send small bills! You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks tomorrow night.
5. Parents, if you have not already signed up and would like to, please do so at https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0f49a9ab22aafa7-rockathon . We will provide pizza and drinks for all volunteers. If you have not already registered as a CCISD volunteer for this school year, please apply or renew your status as a volunteer: https://apps.ccisd.net/VolunteerRegistration/VolunteerRegistration.aspx . **CCISD employees already undergo criminal history checks annually and, therefore, don’t need to register as a volunteer and go through a second criminal history check. **
6. We are still accepting $10 gift cards to be given away as door prizes. They may be dropped off at the check-in table tomorrow.
 
P.S. Please let us know if you know a Barbara Owens or Alfred/Margo Seegrist of Shelton, WA. They sent in donations without a student’s name.
