New Rule Concerning Physicals

Parents and Students,
UIL has recently implemented a new rule mandating that all students involved in marching band have physicals on file with their district no later than August 1, 2019. If a student does not have the physical on file they are not to participate with marching activities.
In order to be in compliance with this rule, any student that has not turned in the CCISD physical form will be sent home from the summer camp starting on July 29 and will not be considered for the Varsity Marching Band until a physical has been turned in.

Physicals can be done by any physician including many of the walk in clinics around town. Right now MedExpress Urgent Care is offering $15 student physicals through the month of July, no appointment necessary. The closest MedExpress is in located at 4750 Fairmont Pkwy, Pasadena, 77504.
