CLHS Band Buzz April 8-12

​Dear Band and Color Guard,
This year's band banquet is Friday, May 10 at Clear Lake United Methodist Church. The banquet is an end-of-the-year celebration honoring band students for all of their hard work and accomplishments throughout the year. Notable activities include awards as well as videos commemorating both the seniors and all contests, concerts, and trips made this year. Planning is underway, so you will begin to receive emails with more information. For now, please read below about senior photos needed for gifts as well as photos needed for the slide show. Note that photos for the general slide show should be sent to [email protected] while senior photos should be sent to Jane Gensler/Sam Houston OR Camille Villar as detailed below.
The next deadline for turning in yard signs will be on Thursday, May 2 for delivery at the May 7 booster club meeting. Signs can be ordered by turning in the attached form to Melissa McKinnie at [email protected] or online here: https://squareup.com/store/falcon-band-booster-club

For senior band gifts: please send the following via email BY FRIDAY, April 12 (!!) to Jane Gensler at [email protected] or Sam Houston at [email protected]:
2 photos of your senior (highest resolution possible), name to be printed, instrument(s) played, and student's most memorable band moment.

Hey guys! The band banquet's coming up fast! Thanks for all the theme suggestions :)
I'm making the senior video this year, and it's a short video played at every band banquet to commemorate the seniors. I need EVERY SENIOR to send me:

• A baby picture
  
• A senior/current picture
  
• The name of the college you're planning on attending
  
• What you plan to major in
  

Please include these images and the information about your plans after high school in an email to me. Put “(Last Name) Senior Video” in the subject line and email to [email protected] .
